  • Boil the ginger pieces (or ginger powder) in a cup of water for 5 – 10 minutes.

  • Small lemon – 1

  • Sieve or strainer

Method:

  • Boil water for few minutes over medium heat.
  • Now reduce the heat and add sliced lemongrass stalk and grated ginger.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
  • Now add herbal tea and strain the mixture with the help of sieve or strainer.
  • Add lemon juice and honey for extra flavor.

  • Pour few drops of ginger oil in nebulizer that contains distilled water and inhale to clear mucus and other blockage from your windpipe.
